Trick or Treat
The words so often used this time of year...
Of course, the children thinks candy or not...
In hopes their buckets get full of candy...
That is their greatest care...
You know the devil...
He is really good at Trick or Treat...
He offers you the world...
If you just bow at his feet...
Such an old trick...
Yet some still for it fall...
Forgetting that Jesus is the only one
Who died for us ALL...
Oh Praise the Lord!!!
He rose again...
And that is no Trick
My friend...
But it is the greatest Treat of ALL!!!

Mary's Lamb
Mary had the sweetest little lamb...
A gift from God above
He chose her for her purity...
And she was filled with His amazing Love...
Some mistreated Mary...
They looked upon her with shame...
But what they didn't realize,
She was carrying Heaven's seed...
Well, the Angel also went to Joesph...
He did the right thing...
And they were married...
I can just hear the heavens sing...
The night came for her to deliver...cold outside
But, no one could make room for them in all their fine Inns...
Joesph inquired about a stable that he saw, it would be a lowly birth...but we are not proud at all...my family needs to be warm...
Joesph, Mary said...He comes forth...our son...
Tears ran down her face
For she remembered what the angel said:
"On the cross he will take there place...
The little one began to grow...
He learned his Daddy's trade...
He too was a carpentar...
I can't wait to see what for me he has made...
Now Mary, Joesph and Jesus went into town one day...
Some things they had to buy...
Little Jesus walkes around...
For sure they could see something going on...
Joesph found Jesus in the Temple...
Preaching to His own...
Now the council was amazed to hear this twelve year old
and all he had to say...What they didn't understand...The King of Kings was giving them warning...
Daily with Joesph
He worked side by side
Until the day came
He had to tell them Goodbye...
I was sent by My Heavenly Father to do a work...
To let the people know of His Great Love...
Jesus called unto Him twelve
From different walks of life.
Taught them how to deliver the message of God unto man...
He invited them to a dinner...
This would be there last for now...
He looked around and let the know that one with him now would deny him...Before He was crucified...
Jesus slipped out alone...
To the Garden to pray.
Sweat and Blood ran down that hill...
But travailing prayer helped break His will...
The soilders came and took him...
Away to Pilot's court...
They sentenced him to die on a cross, beaten, whipped and torched...
Soon the Spirit took over...and God gave His Son Strength....
To suffer for the loss
His blood to set the free...
The crowd let the bad ones go free...
And crucified the Holy One...
On a rugged cross between two theives...
Mary gazed up at her son...
Remembering His growing years...
Son, your very precious and i love you so.
He said, Mother don't weep for me, for you will be where I go...
He prayed Father please forgive them for they know now what they do...
And then He bowed His head and gave up the ghost...
That is just how much He loved me and you...
Oh Satan was having a party...
When all of a sudden...
He heard a thunderous sound...Oh not now...Could this be?? The Son of God in Hell...
To rescue the ones that satan
has tricked and brought to this awful place...
Three days later...
The earth shook as Heaven stood still...
The Stone had been rolled away...
Where had Jesus gone...
You could hear their voices happy with song...
Mary your child is not here he is gone.
He is Gone!!! Death Could Not Hold HiM!!! HE IS ALIVE...
PRAISE GOD, JESUS THE SON OF THE LIVING GOD, THE KING OF KINGS!!!!! THE CONQUEOR OF DEATH HELL AND THE GRAVE!!!
Mary...your little lamb slaughtered is ALIVE!!!
And, He sits at the right hand of the Father...longing to come and get His children and I believe it want be long
We will see Mary's Lamb...Jesus Christ...KING OF KING'S AND LORD OF LORD;S AND MASTER OF ALL!!!!
For some that will be an aweful day...
For the child of God sweet rest will come...
As we hear Him say:
Welcome Home!!! Amen.

The Grave Keeper
John 20:1-18 This is the passage of scripture talking about the resurrection...Please take the time to read the scripture text first...
The caretaker in cemetary where Jesus was buried was quiet dismayed this particular day...as if He could hear the thunderous voice of God ring with a laughter not of any he had heard before...well no wonder, could this be the caretaker thought...
Caretaker: "O God, what a surprise! What a wonderful joke! Wow you blew
them away this time..."
God: "So, You liked what I did???
Caretaker: "Like it? I loved it!!! It was mind boggling, they didn't know what
to think."
God: "My truth is surprising. What I prepare is so good and so
wonderful, NO ONE can comprehend it!!!
Caretaker: "I loved it."
God: Smiling stated, "I loved it too!!!
Caretaker: "I had the best seat in the house, front and center. I mean being
the caretaker and all...it has it's priviledges..."
God: "You had a special view."
Caretaker: "You know it...It started Friday, late around 5 or 6. I saw Joesph
Arimathea, you know Mr. Megabucks from the Bank of Jerusalem.
Nicodemus, Mr. Sanhedrin Councilman, they of all people,
carrying the body of Jesus up the hill from Golgotha Cemetary.
I couldn't believe it! We put Him right over there, only grave we
could borrow. Mourners were there. They bowed before this King.
God: "Not this King! He is Jesus, MY SON!!! The King of Kings!!! The
King over Death, Hell and the Grave!!! For I am the God of the
Living...I raised MY SON from the DEAD!!!
Caretaker: "Didn't mean it that way...I know what you did...After I saw
today. Yes sir, I know...I heard sounds at daybreak!!! I watched
a lady scream!!! THE STONE!!! I saw that it was rolled away!!!
She ran a shoutin'---HE'S ALIVE!!! HE'S ALIVE!!! HE'S ALIVE!!!
God: "Yes, she had to tell the followers the good news...
Caretaker: "I didn't know what to do then I heard footsteps running...the
disiciples of Christ...They were laughing and dancing and singing
High Hosannas!!! But, I didn't see the Jews...
God: "They have been blinded" My friend, you have been more than
a caretaker of my son's gravesite, you have felt the presence of
God Almighty...for all you have seen, say ye do you believe...
Caretaker: "Yes Lord, I believe"
God: "Then ye shall do well in your new home this day with me, come
and go with me, for you have served well here my friend."
So many need to hear the good news, but they can witness the good news in our lives...

My Backporch
Do people actually sit on porches today??? Not as much as they did when I was little...
Front porches were a very important part of growing up in a mining camp...Neighbors would gather at one's house, drink sweet tea, help hose down the porch and tend to each others children as we would see who could fly faster down the hill with no hands on the bike...
But, the backporch...now that was strictly family...
And from our backporch you could see woods, woods and more woods...
As the sun began to set...well, you could even see things that you didn't see before in them woods...
And sometimes you were too scared to move...
Well, the other day...I really had an experience on our backporch now...Still woods behind the house...but, it was early morning...the dew was still on the ground, the birds singing, the squirrels chirping and jumping from one tree to the other...and oh!!! the beautiful colors...and I could see really far into the woods...beautiful things...I even saw flowers at the foot of an ole' tree that appeared to be dead and hollow...then I saw green springing up...yes in the fall of the year...
Then I began to think about our lives and how we may appear to others...Well, I want to be real...just like the woods...come alive in the day and stay the same at night...
I had to step out of my on wooded life and take a good look at me...
I was amazed to see the beauty that God has put into my life...
"Joy Cometh in the Morning...for a child of God...just like it did for the woods at dawn..."
Now, you see why I love my backporch...it is my closet with God...

Bothersome Things
I never really paid much attention to little things that really bother me until lately...
Bothersome things...such as, being questioned by over three or four people about the same thing and you have already written and turned in a statement...What???
Do they not understand???
You have left your job and you are not scheduled back for two days...the job calls and wants to know if it would be possible to come back the same day...It might be possible...but it is looking slim to none...
Then you just gotta talk to somebody and tell them the dreadful things going on...then you remember...Did they ask??? Do ya really want to make them unhappy too???
Another bothersome thing...I am being made more aware that folks just really are in it for themselves...how selfish...
Ok, then I said...Pamela, do the best you can do...be the best that you know you can be and talk the best you should...then I got mad because in the real world even that doesn't work...
And, another thing...I get really ticked when I am asked to do something that the asker will not even do...No!!! That is your assignment for the day...then they really make it hard for ya...so I just say...Ok...I will do it this time, but I am gonna talk to my supervisor about this...works they back off everytime...
I am just really annoyed and think that it is time that I took actions in to my own hands...by folding them and asking God to help me not be so easily annoyed and to be easily ready to help and overlook that the person, or persons annoying me...they are doing their best too...

Thou Preparest A Table Before Me In The Presence of Mine Enemies
When the world around us seems to be falling apart, we gather together around the table of the Lord and find the food we need to feed our souls and to give these bodies the strength to keep going...the strength for fellowship...the strength to love when we deem it not to happen...
The howling winds of satan no longer seem so fierce when God has placed us right in front of the enemy...At times the enemy may even sit with you for awhile...but when pointed out by the Holy Ghost, he has to flee...
God is gonna clean up the table...the one that He sets for the final time will have no enemies there...Any despair will not be seated when the Holy Ghost gives the invitation to Come and Dine...
The enemy will be looking on...but from a place where there is a great gulf dividing us...they will be in the place of torment...looking upon where they once sat...and can sit no longer...
Are you being an example at the table of God to try to win the enemy over...or are you just feasting for a little while and then gonna leave???
I am looking for a better place to eat...the very throneroom of God...

What Have I Done???
I Samuel 17:29
"And David said, What now have I done? Is there not a cause?"
When the small frame shepherd boy came to the scene of the battle, he couldn't believe he saw Israel still in the face of Goliath's taunts...
Israel---Children of God
Stand Still---fearing what the enemy was telling them...
David was amazed by their fearfulness of the enemy...Especially after knowing of the King's rewards...
See, David loved God and even though he wasn't as seasoned as the elders, he declared war against the enemy of God...
You have men and women, governments and nations waring for a cause...David had a zeal for the Word of God...Psalm 119:139 "My zeal hath consumed me, because mine enemies have forgotten thy words."
Galations 4:17-19 "They zealously affect you, but not well; yea, they would exclude you, that you might affect them. But it is good to be zealously affected always in a good thing, and not only when I am present with you. My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you."
WOW!!! David said it all by asking.."What have I done???"
Well, what have we done for the cause of Christ...
Have we stood up against our Goliath???
Have we let him taunt us til we fret???
We were created by God for God...We were called out of our sinful state to be something for God...Called to stand up for the cause of Christ...
What have I done??? I have made up my mind that I will wear the whole armor of God and stand up to my Goliath, knowing that God is on my side and silence the enemy of God's children...
He has been taunting God's people for years...I am tired of it myself...
I am tired of bowing down to him...
We must become faithfully seasoned in The Word of God and Fight the Enemy with the Spirit of God...and bid him farewell...

Out For The Day
Today has turned out to be an interesting day...My Mom was feeling like getting out of the house and that is something that she rarely does...We went for a ride in one direction and ended up going another...Visited some old home places that she remembered when she was a little girl...She loves to remember...don't we all...especially the good things that has happened in our lives...And, the things that we talked about today was something special...I love my Mom so much...she gave me my heartbeat...she gave me life...I have enjoyed today Mom...I am so happy that the Lord gave Mom a day that was good...she doesn't have too many...and the ones that she has...I take advantage of...We are blessed...

Well this has been one eventful day and aggravating too...

You didn't guard like you used too...

For that will never fail...

Breaktime At Work
October 16th...2010...
This morning at 2 am, I went alone to the outside, inside glass patio thinking that I would read a scripture or two and talk to God...LOL...Funny I heard His voice...Apparently He wanted to chat with me too...All I could think was, Don't forget to give Him your ear to hear...May you receive a blessing, as I did from My Father....Amen!!!
"I have been out here waiting...heard you said you wanted us to talk...you seem sincere, and before you say anything...I have for along time!!!really been wanting to talk to you...so I will begin...And as The Father God reached over to my chair, He picked me up and placed me safely in His hands...He said to me,"Pamela, I did not save you to sit back and do nothing...I remember me and my Son were getting ready to come down and hear your first message that you were gonna preach...We saw the Holy Ghost annointing all over you...Now I have heard good fishing stories and by far I liked your title..."The Secured Fisherman" Well, it seems that I have seen a Mountain in your way that you are having a hard time climbing...even heard you discuss it with LisaMe...Don't try to understand why I put that Mountain there, but when you get your JOY back, you will understand...I never break a promise...Lift up your head like you use to cause your Redemption draweth nigh...I want you to do me a favor...show yourself friendly...show yourself Christlike...I will uphold you with my Right hand and those that speak evil against you will be sore ashamed...Love me...Surrender to Me and Share me in this wicked generation...I trust you to do the right thing...Trust me My Child...your Joy is at Hand and I love you...
Ok then God left and my Breaktime was over, looking dumbfounded i asked Him if He could've at least waited til I told Him I loved Him too...He softly told my heart...I am waiting to see it...
Now I ask you, How good was that that the Father Himself came in the Spirit to lift me up above the shadows of the clefts of the rocks so that I can get a spiritual glimpse to the other side...

Thoughts
I am about to get ready and head for work...hope that the night goes by fast...kinda not feeling well tonight...well, that is my thought for work anyway...
Tomorrow maybe I will start a project...Rahrah's World...
I love flowers...
ASK...ACCEPT...ACT...
God helps us with the trials we face...
He answers when we call...
But, we shouldn't sit back and let Him do it all...
We know that He will do His part...
but we must do ours too...
ASK...ACCEPT...ACT...
THAT IS WHAT HE HAS TOLD US TO DO!!!
Ask...the Lord to help you with the battle just ahead---Matthew 21:22
Accept...His ability to handle it as He said---Mark 9:23
Act...On what God has shown to you---John 13:17
"The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear?"---Psalm 27:1

Two Types of People
There are two types of people in this world...
Givers...
and...
Takers...
The Takers may eat well...but the Givers sleep better...
This one is for you!
The Dandelion
Where He wants us
Allowing His word
To go forth from our mouths freely
Sharing the Word of God
And even more importantly
Sharing His love
For what is His word without love
And even already when I think I am finished
I am still receiving more about the Dandelion
Remember even as the Dandelion is blown
And its seeds are blown in all directions
It is like our love and ministry from God
Not always knowing if the seeds took root
God sends some to plant and some to water
And even when we are empty of seeds
And we feel like we have nothing else to give
God replenishes and refreshes us
With a never ending flow of His mercy and grace
To continue loving his people
The harvest is plentiful
But the workers are few
We are workers in His fields
Laboring in His loveUntil His kingdom comes
Allowing His word
